Your own domain and SSL
The site can be opened on your domain, for example myshop.com, with automatic https. We already host the site—you only need the domain.
Who is this suitable for?
For anyone who wants their own address instead of asd.vibevox.pro/имя. A custom domain is necessary for Google Merchant, full verification in Search Console, and attractive links.
What you will need#
- A purchased domain. If you don't have one, buy one from any registrar (the link is in the block).
- Access to the domain's DNS panel (the "DNS" or "DNS Zone" section at the registrar).
Steps#
Step 1. Point A-records to our server#
In the DNS panel, add two A-records to our server's IP (the IP is shown in the block, there is a "Copy IP" button):

If the domain had other A records for the root and www, remove them. DNS changes take effect within a few minutes to a few hours.
Step 2. Enter the domain and save#
Settings → Custom domain → “Custom domain” field → enter myshop.com (without https and without www) → “Save”.
Step 3. Issue an SSL certificate#
Click "Issue SSL Certificate." DNS verification and issuance take up to 30 seconds. You'll see "Done! Certificate issued — open your site at https://myshop.com." The certificate is renewed automatically.
What happens after connection#
- The site opens at
https://myshop.com,www.myshop.comis redirected to the main address. - QR stickers, links in posts, sitemaps, and Google Merchant feeds begin to use your domain.
- The owner's account remains on
asd.vibevox.pro—only the website remains on its own domain. - Login via Google on your domain works by switching to the main address and back.
Questions and answers#
The certificate is not issued#
Usually, the DNS hasn't updated yet. Wait and click the button again. Check that the A records point to our IP and that there are no old records (such as AAAA or CNAME for the root).
Domain on Cloudflare#
Disable the "orange cloud" (proxy) for the @ and www records during certificate issuance so that verification occurs directly.
Is it possible to have a subdomain, for example shop.mycompany.com?#
Yes. Create an A record for shop with our IP address and enter shop.mycompany.com in the domain field.
What will happen to the old address asd.vibevox.pro/name?#
It will continue to work and redirect to your domain.
