How a plastic surgery clinic attracts patients with a website and AI

I built a three-step funnel for a plastic surgery clinic, not a simple website: a video feed with case studies on its own domain, an AI analyzer that shows the estimated volume after mammoplasty (breast augmentation), and Telegram application system. I submitted the project on June 3, 2026; the video feed has already been viewed by over 700 people, and the clinic's bot has 748 contacts.

The challenge: converting transaction examples into consultation requests

The clinic already had photos and videos of the results, but they were scattered—on Instagram, on the old website, in messages with patients. People considering breast augmentation typically scroll through dozens of such examples from different clinics before deciding to contact even one. They needed to give them everything they needed on one page: a convenient feed of examples, a tool that translates the abstract "what it will look like" into a visual guide, and a clear next step—a message on Telegram.

The clinic's website is located at ai.milner-medical.com.ua. The video feed with examples, provided by the shop.vibevox.pro service, is separately linked to the clinic's domain, trend.milner-medical.com.ua. For patients who click on the ad, this appears as a single, branded address. Of the three services in the bundle, none had to be written from scratch: the video feed is provided by a ready-made platform, the analyzer is connected via a third-party vendor's API, and the request intake is built on a bot builder. My job here is to combine these three services into a single patient journey: from the first touchpoint in the ad to the request to the administrator.

Why a video feed instead of a regular before/after gallery?

The video feed is a vertical format, like Reels or Stories. The patient scrolls through it the same way she would on any social network—without the thumbnail table that requires viewing one card at a time.

The feed was created on shop.vibevox.pro: the service provides a ready-made vertical format and connects to the clinic's domain without requiring any development. Each feed example has a short title, explanatory text, and a recording button nearby, so patients aren't distracted by searching for contacts.

How does the AI breast volume analyzer work?

TL;DR: The analyzer is a reference tool for consultations: it shows an approximate visual result for different implant volumes, and the surgeon determines the final parameters during the consultation. The analyzer is built on the PerfectCorp API, a service that describes itself as "the No. 1 AR technology for beauty and AI technology for skin in e-commerce." Using the patient's photo and parameters, the tool shows how the breasts might look with different implant volumes.

This removes the first barrier to a consultation with a surgeon: the patient comes with a specific volume in mind, and the conversation with the doctor begins in a concrete manner.

How are applications sent to the clinic's Telegram?

After the video feed and the analyzer, the patient is sent to the clinic's Telegram bot, built on the QuestFlow platform, from where the request is immediately visible to the administrator.

1. The patient scrolls through the video feed and, if desired, tries out the volume analyzer.
2. The recording button in the feed or on the analyzer page leads to the clinic's Telegram bot.
3. The QuestFlow bot qualifies the request and saves the contact information in the clinic's database.
4. The clinic administrator sees the new request and transfers the conversation to scheduling a consultation.

In this case study, QuestFlow is responsible for receiving and storing contacts: the clinic's bot is called Quiz and currently holds 748 contacts.
