Longev AI (longev.eu): Longevity Resort's white-label platform—AI that, based on Garmin watch data, sells hotel spa services to each guest.

Implementation of Longevity Resort at the Prezident Luxury Spa & Wellness Hotel (Karlovy Vary): hotel protocols, Garmin watches with a branded watch face, and a guest portal on the phone
Task98% of spa hotels already have treatments, a spa, a restaurant, and leisure activities—what's missing is a system that will turn this infrastructure into personalized programs, revenue, and returning guests.
SolutionA hotel-branded white-label portal: biometrics from Garmin watches and scales → Ready Score → AI offers and sells hotel services; itineraries, meals, treatment calendar, staff dashboard
DeadlinesThe watch and scale connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi once; the guest only needs a browser via QR code.
ResultUpselling without stressing staff; payback from the first 5–10 guests per month; implemented at the Prezident Luxury Spa & Wellness Hotel, Karlovy Vary

Longev AI is an assistant that automatically sells your hotel's additional services to each guest. The Longevity Resort platform reads biometrics from guests' wearable devices and personalizes their stay—from choosing spa programs and meals to hiking routes—increasing hotel revenue without overburdening staff. It's a white-label solution: the hotel's logo, text, and colors, a URL like hotel.longev.eu, or a custom domain. Legal classification: lifestyle and well-being support: not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment.

Four modules for a guest

01. Visual wellness dashboard

The AI continuously monitors guest metrics—HRV, Body Battery, sleep phases, stress, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and SpO₂—and compiles them into a single Ready Score. Based on this, the system automatically suggests and sells services specifically tailored to your hotel: saunas, cryosaunas, massages, and detox programs.

02. Longevity Trails — offline health routes

Interactive terrain cures throughout the hotel grounds and surrounding area: the map, routes, and heart rate zone tracking are available on the guest's smartphone 100% offline, without 4G or Wi-Fi. The routes are tailored to the resort's terrain, landmarks, and partner facilities, and constantly promote the hotel's other services.

03. AI-nutrition and the longevity menu

Calories and nutrient density based on a single photo of a dish. AI compares the ingredients with your restaurant's menu and recommends a meal plan based on your current state, energy expenditure, and recovery goals.

04. Calendar of procedures

A personalized hotel guide: a schedule of treatments and drinking courses by the hour with reminders, event announcements, a resort poster, and a "share" button—guests can send postcards and results to social media with a single click.

Equipment: Garmin watch and scale – that's all

To get started, simply purchase a Garmin Forerunner 165 Music and an Index S2 scale (CE certified) in your region. They track 25 metrics dynamically: sleep, HRV, stress, energy, activity, VO₂max, weight, and body composition. Implementation takes three steps: the watch and scale connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi once → data is automatically sent to the guest's account → the guest doesn't need any apps, just a browser.

How does a guest connect?

  1. Scan the QR code from your card upon check-in—the portal opens in your phone's browser.
  2. Receive free longevity routes, photo-based calorie counting, and a hotel treatment calendar.
  3. For the Longevity program, the hotel provides Garmin watches, which track sleep, heart rate, HRV, and stress 24/7.

One portal for guests, doctors, and receptionists

  • Staff panel. Receptionist, doctor, and administrator—each with their own role: check-ins, morning rounds, orders, and billing for active guests.
  • Data under control. Each hotel has a separate database; GDPR compliance, deletion upon guest request, HL7 FHIR export, EU servers, TLS encryption.
  • 36 languages. The doctor writes recommendations in their own language, and the guest reads them in theirs: a German doctor, a Polish receptionist, and a Japanese guest work in the same office without a translator. Including Arabic and Hebrew.

10 Longevity programs from your own procedures

You submit a list of hotel services—saunas, baths, massages, a pool, terrain cures, cosmetology—and the platform adapts them to in-demand global programs with daily protocols and results on the guest's watch: longevity diagnostics, classic courses and detox, metabolic reset, deep recovery, heart and endurance, joints and mobility, aesthetics and anti-aging, women's health and balance, military recovery, and immune reboot.

Learning Module: AI Learns from Your Doctors

The module sees what hotel doctors prescribe to guests with similar symptoms and, over time, automatically suggests services from the hotel's price list—an offer on the portal that guests accept with a single tap. The longer a hotel is on the platform, the more accurate the selection; accumulated prescriptions and results remain with the hotel—a competitor won't replicate them from scratch. The module doesn't make diagnoses: the doctor always has the final say.

Transparent pricing

  • Setup — €2,500 one-time: a personal hotel website with SEO for search engines and AI recommendations, two proprietary Garmin apps (watch face and walk), adaptation of 10 programs, offline navigation, online staff training.
  • Base — €800 per month: platform, EU servers, AI algorithms, support and 4 online meetings, 800 guest accounts with smartphones, 10 active guests with Garmin devices.
  • Active Guest — €8 per active guest starting from the 11th per month; one payment per stay — weekly and monthly costs are the same.

The investment pays off with the first 5-10 guests per month; the hotel's SEO website attracts guests searching for Longevity programs in your region from AI and search results—I discussed how this works in my article about recommendations ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
