Online store—a mode where you add products only. Visitors browse the storefront, add items to their cart, and place an order.

> [!tip] Who is this suitable for?
> A store offering clothing, electronics, spare parts, cosmetics, household goods, and services with a price list. Suitable for wholesale sales as well: a quick contact button replaces the shopping cart.

## How to enable

Settings → Site Mode → "Online Store." Or step 1 in [the guide](/wiki/en/guide).

## What does the buyer get?

- **A showcase** with categories, search, and filters. Product cards with photos, prices, and availability.
- **Product page**: gallery, specifications, variations (e.g. size), warehouse, “Add to cart” button.
- **Shopping cart and checkout** without registration. An account is created automatically using a phone number, so customers can see their order history in the "My Orders" section.
- **Payment**: online by card (Stripe or Monobank), cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) or your own button, for example “Order by call”.
- **The "Contacts" button** for quick communication. See ["Contacts" button](/wiki/en/contacts-button).

## What does the owner get?

### Goods

Add products in your dashboard or on the website using "Open as Admin" mode. Each product has a name, description, price, photo, category, attributes, variations (up to 5 with separate prices), availability, and warehouse information. Products can be imported as a list using the AI assistant. See [Ads and Products](/wiki/en/listings).

### Cart and checkout

In Settings → Site Mode → "Cart" block:

- The text on the "Add to cart" button - for example, "🛒 Buy".
- Cart fields: phone number is required, request address (with automatic geolocation), custom field, for example "Special conditions".
- Payment methods: cash on delivery, online card payment, your own button without online payment.
- Quick Contact button - shown to buyers in the feed instead of the "Submit" button.

### Payment

Connect Stripe (globally) or Monobank (Ukraine) in Integrations → Payments. A single store can use both. See [Integrations](/wiki/en/integrations).

### Orders

The "Orders" tab on the dashboard: new orders, statuses "Under Review," "In Progress," "In Delivery," "Completed," invoice number, and payment status. New orders can be sent to your Telegram channel or group: Integrations → Order Notifications.

### Warehouses (locations)

If your products are stored in different warehouses, enable a warehouse filter. The list of warehouses can be entered manually or retrieved from your accounting system. The buyer sees the warehouse in the inventory card and can filter the feed.

### Google Merchant Center

Products are automatically compiled into a feed for Google Shopping. Your own domain is required. See [Google Merchant Center](/wiki/en/merchant-feed).

### Warehouse accounting

An external accounting system can upload products and inventory using an API key, and the website can report sales to it. See [Integrations](/wiki/en/integrations).

### Type of cards

For stores, we recommend "Photo in Card: Full"—the product is fully visible. There's a separate mode for products with a transparent background (PNG). See [Card View](/wiki/en/card-view).

## Questions and answers

### Does the buyer need to register?

No. Orders are placed using your name and phone number. An account is created automatically so the buyer can view their orders.

### Is it possible to sell without online payment?

Yes. Enable cash on delivery or a custom button, such as "Order by Call." Online payment can be hidden entirely.

### How to calculate shipping?

The website doesn't calculate shipping costs. The address in the cart is just text for you. Shipping costs are set only for the Google Merchant feed.

### Can visitors post ads in the store?

No. In store mode, only the site owner and administrators can add products.
